Dixie State University selected RICHARD “BIFF” WILLIAMS as its 18th president. He succeeds STEPHEN NADAULD, who retired after serving as president since 2008.

Green PolkaDot Box hired CHRISTOPHER FOLEY as its CFO. Foley has more than 28 years of business and financial management experience.

Goldenwest Credit Union appointed CAROL NYMAN as vice president of operations. Nyman most recently worked as vice president of operations and IT for USU Credit Union. Goldenwest also appointed KANDI ROHOLT as vice president of consumer lending. Roholt began her career 15 years ago with USU Credit Union.

Bank of Utah hired BRAD WIGGINS as a private banker. Wiggins began his banking career at Bank of Utah in 1979, and then moved on to work at three other local banking institutions.
The Waldorf Astoria Park City appointed RYKER BROWN as the new executive chef at Powder restaurant. Brown has 15 years of culinary experience.

The U.S. Ski and Snowboard Team Foundation named DANIEL LEEVER and LYNN D. BLEIL to its board of trustees. Leever is CEO of Specialty Products Corporation in Miami. Bleil is a senior partner with McKinsey & Company.

The Park City Chamber of Commerce/Convention & Visitors Bureau named RUSS OLSEN chair of the board of directors for the 2014-15 fiscal year. Olsen is CEO of Stein Eriksen Lodge.

InnerChange selected JENNIFER CRUTE STEINER as its new CEO. She previously served as a division vice president for Davita Health Care Partners. Steiner replaced VAL CHRISTENSEN, who had been interim CEO since November 2013.

SUSAN GOLDSMITH became vice president for partner services and integration at Miller Sports Properties. Goldsmith previously worked for the U.S. Olympic Committee.

RICH LINDER was elected as the new chair of BioUtah, the state’s life science industry association. Linder is chief executive of orthopedics startup CoNextions Medical and co-founder of BioUtah. GEORGE HAMILTON, vice president of business development for Intermountain Healthcare, was elected as vice chair of the organization.

ArbiterSports appointed BRENDA REES as CFO. Rees most recently served as CFO for Memorial Hospital of Carbon County. 

Gov. Gary R. Herbert named VAL HALE as director of the Governor’s Office of Economic Development. Hale most recently served as president and CEO of the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce.

The Buckner Company made several leadership changes: TERRY H. BUCKNER, formerly president and CEO, became chairman and CEO. MARK OLIGSCHLAEGER was promoted from executive vice president and COO to president and COO. CHRISTIAN DEPUTY was named chief sales officer.
